Hyperloop interior concept on behalf of NEXT Prototypes using Virtual Reality.
The Hyperloop is a vision: NEXT Prototypes is working on a feasible solution for the promising mobility system, which is being promoted by Elon Musk, among others. The result is a realistic, scientifically based design of an interior concept for a capsule for passenger transport using the Hyperloop technology.
The focus of the concept was on the well-being of the passengers in the interior,
which is decisive for the implementation of the technology in the future.
In addition to a VR prototype, which includes visual and sound design, a scientific study was published on a specially built website.

An exemplary trip from Munich to Berlin in about 5 minutes.
The seating was designed only low complex to focus on the light, visualization and sound concept.
The VR concept was developed in a 1:1 prototype and evaluated with potential end users.
Seating position, entrance situation and dimensions were realistically modelled
to enhance the experience with VR glasses.

All research results and insights are presented in an interactive website using a fictitious user journey and exemplary personas. The user has the possibility to get into the topics and generate knowledge in different depths.
