Concept and implementation of a student residence in Leipzig with 3 properties.
Besides a uniform corporate identity and interior design, an online & offline community system with a unique website
including a booking system and capacity overview of all properties was developed.
As a "Gatsby" member it is possible to use all community areas in all properties in the city with a uniform locking system.
This way, roof terraces, fitness rooms, sauna and barbecue areas can be used together and the formation of a close community is encouraged.
The "PALMENGARTEN" is one of three buildings in the Gatsby concept,
including a café that is run by the students themselves.
The multifunctional website including a building & groundfloor overview, information about the capacity and the members, as far as a room configurator.
